WARNING: this review may contain spoiler. So for those of you who haven't watch this movie, and would like to watch it without knowing the story.. don't open this review.. I've warned you :D

I’m just finish watching Made of Honor, a new movie about friendship between a man and a woman.
Yes.. I know you might already able to guess how the story will be.
And you may say that this movie is only another romantic comedy drama with typical plot.
But I still enjoy watching this movie (maybe because in some parts it's just too "me")

This movie started by giving the picture of ten years friendship between Tom (Patrick Dempsey - seorang mas ganteng dengan mata teduhnya.. slurp) and Hannah (Michelle Monaghan).
What I understand from the first part of this movie is that Hannah actually falling in love with Tom, which at that time is a real “land crocodile”.
But she realize that he don’t have the same feeling, so she keep her feeling for her own, never shows it, and tries to buried the feeling (hmm.. sounds familiar??)

What she didn’t know is when she went to Scotland for something related to her job (an acquisition trip for her museum), Tom realizes the empty feeling he got without her.
Some scenes show how they have difficulties in communicating with each other (while they usually spent most of their time together) and Tom world seems not the same without her, there’s something missing.
Due to his new feeling that he interpret as “love”, he decides to tell Hannah his feelings and ask her to be with him when she returns in six weeks.

But, as you might already guessed, when Hannah come home she brought some one with her. So the rest of the movie is about how Tom tries to wins Hannah back.
Quite similar with My Best Friend Wedding but with different ending.

What I want to say is, deep down inside I realize that it is almost (i repeat, almost) impossible that a man and a woman (moreover if both of them are singles) can be involved in a so called “friendship” and be a best best best friend (I use best word three times to emphasized the meaning of best) and really close to each other.
Sooner or later there will be some love involved there.
And it can be one way, or both ways (gayung bersambut ;p)
You can have your own opinion, but this conclusion comes from my experiences in these things (or is it just me who is too easily falling in love with my best friend?)
So, be the best friend of your love ones, and never give them the opportunity to have "another" best friend ;p
